The Chandler Street Church of Christ is a family of believers who desire to worship and glorify God through Jesus Christ our Lord (Romans 15:5-6), encourage one another (Hebrews 10:25) and seek and save the lost (Mark 16:15-16).  We desire to be Christians only, with Jesus Christ as the head of our church, His body, without denominational affiliation.  The Bible is the inspired Word of God and is our only guide for our faith.

Together we proclaim that Jesus Christ is man's only hope of salvation. He is the Son of God and the One with all authority in heaven and on earth.  When people believe in Him, accept His death, burial and resurrection, turn away from their sins, and are immersed in His name, they are saved and added by the Lord to His church found throughout the New Testament. (Matthew 16:16; 28:19, 20; Mark 16:15-16; Acts 2:36-38, 41-42, 47; 4:12).

As a body, we strive to be the Lord's church only, following the examples of the first century church by meeting together each Lord's Day for singing, praying, partaking of the Lord's Supper, preaching of the Word and giving for the Lord's work (Ephesians 5:19; Acts 2:42; 20:7; 1 Corinthians 16:1-2).
